  • When will my order ship?
    All orders in stock, will ship out within 2 business days. If you have pre-ordered an item, it will indicate the 'ship date' for that item to be sent to you. If no ship date is present, you will be notified by email once a date is determined. Feel free to refer to our shipping page for more info.
  • How will you ship my order?
    All orders are shipped by US Postal Service (USPS). Depending on where you are located, it will usually take between 2-5 business days to arrive to you from the time it ships out. Larger orders may be shipped using a different method to make it more convenient for you. We will send you a shipping notification to track your order when it is ready to ship.
  • What if I need to return an item that does not fit?
    To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. All original tags must be attached to your product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For exchanges, please include your original invoice or receipt in the return box with the correct size written on it. Once received, we will exchange for the correct size and ship it out immediately. If there is any issue, we will notify you as soon as possible. Once a return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
